why we should exercise empty stomach

as we know coin have two sides.
so some experts say that we need much more energy during work out. if stomach is empty then it seems less energetic day during exercise. then we are not able to work out properly according axpectation.

             


but a another and strong factor is this
when we eat food
 then to digest then ...body needs in enzymes.
enzymes are carried out with blood.
and
with fooded stomach would be covered with blood
so now it is harmful for healthy body.

SOLUTION we should work after light lequid food or after pre work out diet(carbs & glucose).
exercise can be done minimum after 4hours of heavy diet for healthy wealthy life.
