Squat Thrusts


Do as many Squat Thrusts as possible in twenty minutes.

Suggestions:

    A set at the top of every minute
    30/30 style (30 seconds work, 30 second rest)
    Boxer Rounds (2-3 minutes work, 1 minute rest)
    Descending sets (20, 19, 18, 17, 16, etc.)
