push ups - base of body building

Push ups are a great form of exercise. push up is only exercise which is benefitial for entire body structure. it can be done in many variations.
STANDARD PUSH UP
The standard pushup is a great exercise for your chest, shoulders, arms, and core.



CORKSCREW PUSH UP   
It works your quads, calves, and core in addition to all the upper-body muscles.
 This push-up builds balance and works the sides of your abs and shoulders more than a standard version.


SINGLE LEG PUSH UP 
it basically affects ur lower abdominal part.
