exercising method: Maximal Effort Method

 This method is superior for improving both intramuscular and inter muscular coordination . This method brings forth the greatest strength increment . CNS inhibition is reduced with this approach thus maximal number of MUs are activated with optimum discharge frequency .
If the aim of a training drill is to train movement , the recommended number of repetitions per set is 1-3 .
When training of muscles rather than movement training is the objective of the drill , the number of repetitions increases (4-12).
